Dual Cartridges
KitPackers offer an array of cartridge sizes and volumetric mix ratios including 1:1, 2:1, 4:1, and 10:1 by volume from Sulzer MIXPAC™ and Nordson/EFD. Dual cartridges can partially dispense and reseal for future use with new static mixer. Most 2K cartridges are molded out of polypropylene (PP) or nylon material (PA and PBT).
Polypropylene provides good shelf life and is ideal for epoxies, urethanes, and silicones. Nylon is used for acrylics or methyl methacrylates (MMAs), as their volatile content requires special barrier properties to contain and provide an adequate shelf life.

Sulzer MIXPAC™ and Nordson/EFD (formerly TAH) 50 mL Dual Cartridges are polypropylene and nylon assemblies available with mix ratios including 1:1, 2:1, 3:2, 4:1, and 10:1.

F-System Dual Cartridges
Sulzer MIXPAC™ F-System Dual Cartridges are compatible with the MIXPAC™ F-System with 200 and 400 mL sizes. F-System Dual Cartridges have a separated nose which eliminates cross contamination. Polypropylene assemblies available with mix ratios including 1:1, 4:1, and 10:1.

CK400SS01-A: Nordson/EFD Dual Cartridge 400 mL
Nordson/EFD Dual Cartridges
Nordson/EFD dual cartridges (formerly TAH) are molded 1:1 ratio cartridge system. The 200 mL and 400 mL cartridges come with a nose plug and 3/8″ retaining nut. The 600 mL cartridge is offered with a retaining nut and protective cap.

EA750RP: Ratio-Pak 750 mL
Ratio-Paks
Nordson Ratio-Pak® Dual Cartridges feature a polypropylene assembly and a unique snap-together style with the ability to combine different ratios, with sizes ranging from 75 mL to 1,500 mL. Ratio-Pak® cartridges can be filled through the nozzle or the back side of the cartridge.
