Does KitPackers supply all materials?

It is up to you – the customer. Most customers prefer our full-service product where KitPackers sources all materials and delivers to you the final packaged product hassle free. Some prefer to supply materials and use our industry renowned expertise to repackage your product.

 

What are my choices to pay for my order?

KitPackers’ open account terms are net 30 days or, if you prefer, we accept Visa or MasterCard. To establish an account with KitPackers, contact uscontact us and our team will provide you with a credit application.

 

I already do business with Ellsworth Adhesives, what is your relationship to them?

Ellsworth Adhesives owns KitPackers. This sister company relationship provides KitPackers access to a limitless range of chemicals with the industries best lead times at competitive prices. Your relationship with Ellsworth Adhesives provides you with KitPackers packaging capabilities and the convenience of exclusively working through Ellsworth Adhesives (if that’s what you prefer).

 

What is the difference between pre-paid, collect and third-party freight billing?

Pre-paid shipments are those which KitPackers will pay the freight carrier directly and then add that cost to your invoice. Collect shipments are billed to the consignee (the person or location to which the shipment will be delivered). Third-party billing is a situation where neither KitPackers nor the consignee will pay the freight charge for a shipment. In this example, customers may require a drop shipment to another warehouse or customer that isn’t the address of freight carrier account being used to bill the freight.

 

I bought some of your products and didn’t use all of it. How do I dispose of it?
